Buttermilk Whipped Cream

A rich and creamy buttermilk whipped cream recipe is the perfect topping for many desserts

This recipe makes about 2 1/2 cups.

Buttermilk Whipped Cream Ingredients:

  • 9 ounces of heavy cream
  • 3 ounces of buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar


Combine the heavy cream, buttermilk and sugar in a chilled mixing bowl.  Beat on high until firm peaks form.  Keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
